Helen Clark elected as Board Chair of the Alliance for Health Policy and Systems Research (AHPSR)

In March 2023, Helen Clark was elected as Board Chair of the Alliance for Health Policy and Systems Research (AHPSR).

Health and health systems everywhere are impacted by the polycrisis with which our world is confronted. The health policy and systems research field can contribute so much to finding solutions and to working across sectors to do so. 

The AHSPR is refreshing its strategy around the unique strengths it has. In a speech delivered at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine on 29 March, marking the Alliance’s 25th anniversary, Clark addressed the emerging challenges to health, wellbeing, and the resilience of health systems.
