ICCS/Interlude Event

I spoke at this year’s International Conference on Cohesive Societies (ICCS) in Singapore on 1 September 2026.

Over two days, the conference examined multiculturalism, integration and cohesion, and how evolving global power rivalries impact on multicultural societies and social cohesion within them.

My opening keynote, ‘What the Changing Multipolar World Means to Small States,’ focused on what the emerging multipolar world means for a rules-based global system, and the impact on small states like Singapore and New Zealand.
