Money Talks at Norad Conference

At the end of January, Helen Clark took part in the annual Norad Conference on international development, followed by a roundtable on financing for development. Speaking in her capacity as EITI Board Chair, she highlighted the importance of domestic resource mobilisation, a central objective of implementing the EITI Standard.
